Our goal

As the owners of this flat Simon and Martin aim to provide quality accommodation for quality tenants.  The flat is clean and nicely decorated.  The most important criteria are that landlord-tenant relations are good, that you can more or less get on with neighbours and that you will look after the place for us.

 

The flat

We have refurbished the flat as if we were living there ourselves.  There is plenty of storage in large fitted wardrobes and other cupboards, carpets & decoration are in very good condition and all facilities work properly.  There is a good feel in the flat and previous tenants have all been sorry to move on.

 

The flat is located in a quiet mews around 300m North of Taunton railway station.  Council tax is band A which is currently £1,096.22 for the financial year 2018/2019.  Water is metered.

 

The flat is unfurnished and tenants need to provide their own washing machine.  It is on the ground floor and there is a delightful enclosed patio garden at the rear.
